Reliable information from my friend's lawyer says that the cap for this year is NOT reached in the 1st one week. I think this means all applications filed in first week will be processed.

You can adjust the movie dimensions in Swift 3D. Create a new movie and select the Layout caption on the left. You will see the Layout section appear with the Width and Height fields. About your second question, I will have to look into that; I have no definite answer right now.

but if i wait until my PD is current, then i contact congressmen, by the time they act on it, pd may go out of current. So just looking to get it out of this loop before my pd is current, so that my file will be ready to process.

USCIS does not publish a different bulletin. Only the Dept. of State publishes the bulletin and this is used by both the embassies for CP cases and by USCIS for AOS cases.

I know this is irrelevant in a way but see it from a different angle for one moment. There is no other forum where you can get any information about these H1 employers who are playing games using retrogression. This is the only forum where most of the people on H1 are related to some desi consulting company and can share their experiences which would help other people who are in huge pain due to the unfair practices of their existing employers.
I would recommend the administrators to create a separate area on this forum where people can share these experiences and find genuine employers.

Hey can we sue these law firms who have spread the rumors, I could not sleep all night yesterday. Think about those who have not submitted the paperwork to their lawyer yet ....
I saw immigration law (Matthew Oh) & Murthy publizing these rumors. Even Shusterman could have done the same he is one of the top immg attorneys but I feel just to make us already suffering souls file before the holiday these firms has run some water down our drain ....

I am sorry to hear about your mother's situation but there is no dependent visa for parents. You can probably extend her stay for another 6 months, but eventually there will be a time when by law she would have to leave. I also never recommend that one extends their visitor visa, unless ofcourse there is really an emergency situation. I say this because there is likely more chances for your mother to get a denial, and then she would end up loosing her existing multiple entry visa as well. So, dont take that chance.
Also, in her current situation, how are you ever going to manage medical bills? There is no insurance in this planet that will cover any pre-existing conditions. So, my friend believe me when i tell you this that it is better for your mother to live in india than in this country. I can understand that you are a dedicated son, everyone should be. Your $$$ go a long way in india and you can get the best care for her for the money.

It is not OK for the attorney to sign the papers. But no body is going to care as long as there is signature in that column. Just keep quiet, u will be fine. Ask your attorney for a copy of your filed 485 so that if anything happens, you can sign similarly in all the correspondence.

I applied for H1B extension, the receipt I-797 I received is showing my Case Number starting with WAC---xx�xx-xxxxx.
When last time I applied it used to start with EAC-xxx.
I am little confused, if anybody knows why it is like that. Please help me

We have in our contract with our strategic counsel that no part of our payment to them, will go to any political fundraisers. This issue was ironed before we even started asking for money. We could not have risked our careers. Our Contributers are also very smart as you are so they made sure they are doing everything withing the boundries of law, as you're doing. It is appreciable!!!

I am working on EAD, if it doesnt come in time any ideas about the FAX # which you need to send your request? I have already opened an expedite request for my EAD by calling USCIS customer service, I just need the fax # and the cover letter format. I heard that even if you take an info pass appointment, they dont issue an interim EAD , is that correct?

I was working for company A and got my labor and I-140 approved and then i changed to company B. My priority date is jan 2005. Is there any way that i can continue my green card process with company A. WOuld be of great help if somone can tell me if there is any way to do it.
