Here's (http://www.zeetron.com/pages/iPhone-4-Color-Swap.html) a great site to get this done.
I ordered my kit from a different supplier, but used Zeetron's videos to install my kit. With Zeetron, it's only $170 for the DIY kit, or for $200 total they'll install it with 2 way overnight shipping. Pretty sweet deal either way

oh, great. Just the thing aliens will use to find out where I am and abduct me again. Yeah, sure I had to opt in, but do you know how hard it is to say no to location features?! I mean seriously, don't they realize all the bad ways people, er 'others', can use technology like this.

winclone hasn't been updated in a while but could still work for you.
however, also have a look @ Casper (http://www.fssdev.com/).
I know about the WinClone part, but how would one run Casper when restoring the Windows partition?
It says the following on its website:
Casper provides a near-instant recovery capability by creating a fully bootable backup of a Windows system drive, including a backup that can boot and run directly from an external USB drive.
Requires computer with BIOS support for booting from USB hard disk drive (USB-HDD) devices. Not all computers support booting and running from USB hard disk drive type devices.
Does that mean, a backup via those means could be booted from an external HDD connected to a Mac?

From 1 party to anyone and everyone, your neighbor, elevator, cash register. Anyone with ability to scan rfid know you. That is like shouting out who, what you are all the time 24/7. That is just information pollution.
This is NOTHING NEW.
Many of your credit cards already do this. Passports and enhanced licenses (as the post points out, if you bothered to read it) already do this.
Why get your panties in a bunch just because Apple may be considering doing the same?
Besides, your use of the term 'information pollution' is quite inaccurate and inappropriate.
Nothing is being polluted. When you walk by an area your information isn't still there an hour later.
Additionally, the VAST MAJORITY of RFID devices are PASSIVE, meaning they don't actively transmit ANY information but must be activated by a nearby reader to even be capable of being read.
Think of it like as if you were just walking down the street. You know your name, but you're not telling anyone. The only way anyone can get that info is if they ask you your name (granted in this scenario you MUST tell them if asked) but you're not just repeating it aloud ALL THE TIME.
Do you also consider it information pollution when every time ANYONE (including yourself) speak? O_o
All tin-foil hats and irrational fears of 'big brother' are unnecessary, and a waste of your valuable time. ;-)

Hope everyone is enjoying the beta. I pre-ordered from gamestop about 3 weeks ago, and went to get my key Thursday of last week.
Guy told me the last day to pick up a Beta key was wednesday. Missed it by one day! WTF.
My dates could be wrong, but I believe it was thursday.

I hope the super secret features aren't already in the preview (or at least disabled). If they were active, I'm sure people would be saying "wow that's a cool new feature!" Since I haven't heard any of that, and the secret stuff is active, then I guess Apple's making a mountain out of a molehill.
I think there are some clues in the Dev build that point the way to the kind of 'cool' you allude to. While the face of the OS is the same for now, Apple has put the parts in place to either A) pop a new level of GUI goodness into 10.5 or B) allow developers to do it themselves.
The key to all this is Core Animation, which may end up being the biggest announcement at WWDC this year. Core Animation enhancements to the application Help menu, for example, indicate a totally new GUI direction. Floating 3D arrows point out features as you browse them with your mouse. The Time Machine interface similarly shows there are a lot of new and interesting GUI possibilities thanks to Core Animation.

Here's the gist of the problem: too generous state worker union pensions. I wouldn't be surprised that these pensions are extensively re-done to drastically cut its cost in order to reduce state budget deficits.

Try making a new mail in Firefox 2. You will see a pop up window with a tool bar at the top but otherwise blank.
I had the same issue. Do you have Adblock or Adblock Plus running with Firefox? I just disabled Adblock Plus for mac.com and now it works fine.

MS just doesn't get it. No OS X, no sale. Whenever MS tries anti-Apple marketing, they lose. They're completely out of touch, deer in the headlights style, in this new market situation. It's now becoming comical.
They tried this garbage with their Laptop Hunters campaign a couple of years ago, where they showcased some yokels walking into a big box store and passing over Macs due to price.
Apple went on to sell more Macs than ever before.
Desperation breeds a lot of baloney. The PC and netbook market are contracting at an alarming rate, thanks to the effects of the post-PC era, where MS barely has any presence.
Keep milking that Windows licensing cash cow, MS. Google and Apple have you right where they want you.
May Steve Ballmer continue to drive MS into the ground. It's fun to watch.
No OSX, no sale? That is an idiotic statement. Tell that to 90% of the computer market. Tell me more about the post pc era.
While that may be true for you, it's not true for many others. Windows is not complicated no matter how much you want it to be.
It may be complicated for those who have trouble with Playskool products.
Oh and it falsely compares the fast MacBook Air to snail netbooks.
WRONG. OS X is worth its value.
Good luck getting magsafe and other Apple exclusive features on a PC.
It really isn't fair to compare the MBA to a netbook as all they have in common is size. And Widnows is worth its value to over a billion users too.

Ping me if you are interested in a used GT120. It's only 5 months old or so, and I've got the receipt, etc.
Why do I want to sell? Under current conditions (Snow Leopard, applications etc) all my 3d apps default to the GT120 rather than my 4870 for rendering OpenGL, which slows my work in c4d and vue.
Oh, is there any way to change that? I do a lot of Maya and AE, will it affect those too? Like, If I were to use to hook up my third monitor to the GT120 and had a Maya window on it, would it use that or the 5870 to render? And if I had 3 monitors on my 5870 rather than 2, would that slow it down any?

Something I'd like to see is a rackmount SDXC RAID array. Think how many sd slots would fit in a 1U array. I know, probably won't happen, but still interesting to see.
That right there gave me a headache thinking about it. Jeeze...

Just received my 64GB 3G iPad from AT&T online, so I don't feel like I missed out. $529 for the previous top of the line model was to good to pass up.
I was intending to wait for the iPad 2, but for $29 more than the 16GB Wi-Fi iPad 2, I was able to get the 64GB Wi-Fi + 3G iPad 1. :)

Except race has been shown to have an effect on intelligence. Ashkenazi Jews are about 1SD above whites, on average (average IQ 100, SD = 15). Blacks typically fare about 1SD lower than whites.
You should start with The Bell Curve: Intelligence and Class Structure in American Life (http://www.amazon.com/Bell-Curve-Intelligence-Structure-Paperbacks/dp/0684824299/ref=sr_1_1?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1302676401&sr=1-1). The authors explain it far better than I could.
Where do East and South Asians (not SE) place, +1SD or +2SD?

Technically 60% of the voting public did not want a conservative government. Only 40% voted conservative, another reason why we need a two party system or proportional representation.

Just buy T-Mobile. Its cheap and compatible with the current iphone hardware. Looks like its worth around 10 billion. They could just write a check. Its actually right up apple's alley given their hostorical desire to control everything under the umbrella. They would obviously have to make significant investments to to get the network up to par with ATT and Verizon, but the returns are there. The iphone would be untouchable if Apple controlled the networks. They would change the whole industry. Better yet, Deutch Telekom wants to sell.
